TBFLS is a highly collectivized school, with five campuses under its

direct administration, three primary schools and two secondary schools (junior high and senior high). As for management, under the leadership of the principal, there are several functional departments including General Office, Party Affairs Office, Moral Education Department, Teaching Affairs Department, Teaching and Research Department, Physical Education and Arts Department, General Affairs Department and the Information Department. They are set up vertically, in charge of all the five campuses.

The administrative branches integrate as a network to ensure the smooth implementation of policies and the efficient completion of various tasks.
