During the prevention and control period of the COVID-19, with the aim of strengthening the physical fitness of employees and improving their own immune capabilities to help our city win the battle against the epidemic, the trade union of our school actively organized teachers and staff members to participate in "Skipping Against the Epidemic" in 2020 Tianjin Binhai New District Rope Skipping Network Challenge held by the Binhai New District Shuttlecock and Rope Sports Association. Among the excellent results, Teacher Shao Changzheng won the first place in the "30-second single shake adult group" with 128 times in 30 seconds, and Mr. Guo Junguo won the fourth place in the "30-second single shake adult group".

Participating in this "Skipping Against the Epidemic" activity has not only enriched the staff’s spare time, but also enhanced their attention to health. Taking advantage of this activity, they exercised their bodies, promoted mutual exchanges, enhanced team cohesion so that they can share the same goal with the original intention, and work hard together for a better tomorrow.
