The annual Tomb Sweeping Day has arrived. Recalling the past and looking to this age, we inherit the heroic spirit forever.

Tomb Sweeping Day, also known as Spring Outgoing Festival, Ancestral Festival, etc, comes between the middle and late spring. Originated from the ancestral beliefs and rites, Tomb Sweeping Day boasts both natural and humanistic connotations, making it a solar term and traditional festival.

As a traditional major spring festival, Tomb Sweeping Day has been a fine tradition of the Chinese nation since ancient times to sweep tombs, offer sacrifices and remember ancestors, which not only promotes filial piety and family affection, but also enhances the cohesion and identity of family members and even nations.

On March 30th, 2020, the speech of “Remembering the Revolutionary Martyrs to Inherit Patriotic Spirit” was carried out online. Students and teachers felt the unyielding will in the national anthem and speech. Each class effectively organized the theme class meeting of "Our Festival—Tomb Sweeping Day” during online class meeting, telling the story of revolutionary martyrs together, cultivating the heroic feelings as well as inheriting the spirit of patriotism.

On April 3rd, 2020, Boya Broadcasting theme activity "Our Festival—Tomb Sweeping Day" was carried out online with the theme of "Beauty of Virtue—The Legend of Revolutionary Spirit", which expounded the revolutionary spirit, and praised the civilian heroes fighting on the front line of epidemic prevention.

The tangible monument may collapse, but the invisible revolutionary spirit stands forever in the hearts of generations. Countless heroes have become monuments, guiding the new generation forward bravely.
