On the afternoon of June 6th, the 4th "Zhiya Project" apprenticeship finishing ceremony and the award ceremony of "Happy Teaching Cup" secondary school teachers’ basic skills competition was held in the lecture hall of middle school department.

After three-years of mentoring and apprenticeship, 11 young teachers of discipline category and 2 young teachers of moral education category have successfully passed the assessment and acceptance of the judges, discipline groups, classroom groups and relevant departments, being qualified as teachers. Principal Wang Li awarded them certificates for finishing apprenticeship at the ceremony.

After fierce competition in the apprenticeship finishing competition of the "Happy Teaching Cup" teachers’ basic skills competition and moral education quantitative appraisal, three teachers, Wang Xiaonan, Gao Jing and Liu Yuxin, won the excellent award of apprenticeship finishing class, and Teacher Zhang Yan won the excellent quantitative appraisal award. Principal Wang Li and director Guo Xiaoxu won outstanding instructor award for discipline category, and Teacher Zhong Lianhua won the outstanding instructor award for moral education category.

Award-winning young teacher Gao Jing and instructor Meng Xianglei Shared their three-years apprenticeship and mentoring experience.

Principal Wang Li summarized the fourth "Zhiya Project" apprenticeship finishing ceremony. Principal Wang Li proposed that young teachers should be self-disciplined with correct attitude to shape teacher’s morality in their future teaching career. Meanwhile, she encouraged teachers to read more books, read good books in preparation for education borrowing words from Xi Jinping, and adhere to "teacher's morality first, teacher’s morale oriented" to contribution wisdom and strength to the development of our school six beauty education.
