Discipline Teaching and Research by Examination Analysis Contributes to Development of School

In order to improve the teaching effect and build an efficient classroom, the mathematics group in junior high carried out the final teaching and research activity on the afternoon of January 7th. This activity was presided over by Li Ying, the subject leader of mathematics group in junior high. All mathematics teachers and vice principal Liang Zhiqi participated in the teaching and research activity.



After the activity began, three lesson preparation leaders respectively analyzed the final quality test and proposed some effective measures for future teaching. They respectively pointed out that through the quality test, the problems that were reflected in the examinations also pointed out the direction that needed to be worked on in the future teaching.




At the end of the activity, vice president Liang Zhiqi, director Qi Lingling and math group leader Li Ying teacher made a summary of the teaching and research activities. The group leader believed that through this teaching research, we were more clear the teaching direction we would head for and we should pay more attention to consolidate the basic knowledge, pay attention to method implementation in order to build efficient classroom. Director Qi said, under the leadership of Li, the mathematics group work has been in a stable and orderly way. We should strengthen the emotional communication with students by giving more encouragement and praise to help reduce the burden of students and improve the teaching effect. vice president Liang said that the speeches delivered by several teachers fully demonstrated the serious and rigorous work style of the teachers. He believed that with the efforts of each teacher, the mathematics team would surely achieve better results.
