Heroes are the backbone of our nation and the soul of our country. Admiring  heroes and learning from heroes are the best way to show them our highest respect.

Themed “Chinese Heroes”, the Fifth “Splendid China” of TBFLS was successfully held online in the secondary school in May, 2020. From the end of April to the start of May, all the students from Grade 7 and Grade 8 participated actively in the performance. Students told the stories of Chinese heroes by drawing handwritten newspapers, making videos and writing short plays. After watching the online show, everyone was so moved by those heroic efforts that they couldn’t help writing down their proud feelings of our great country. This activity also encouraged students to make up their mind to follow these Chinese heroes’ example and shoulder the responsibility to build a better China.
