The geography teachers of TBFLS make full use of the unique resources of eco-city and the geography textbooks to introduce the impact of solid waste and the knowledge of waste sorting.

On World Environment Day, the sanitation workers were invited to give a lecture to the geography teachers and the students of geography club on the hazards of garbage, the main treatment methods, and ways of waste sorting. Both teachers and students benefited a lot from the lecture.

In the future, we will continue to emphasize the harmony between nature and human beings both in geography classroom teaching and in extracurricular activities so as to cultivate students’ concept of environmental protection and contribute to the environmental education of our country.
