On December 9th, the Seventh English Speech Contest & Talent Show was held in the hall of Campus Three. Ms Yu, Ms Dou, Ms Yang and the foreign teacher attended the activity. In addition, the English teachers, some parents and the sixth graders watched this “gala” which has become the binge-watch of the year.

With the speech presented by Ms Yu, the event kicked off. Under the guidance of English teachers, seven contestants from Grade Three to Grade Six gave the speech on the topic of “If I had superpowers” and “Colors of the world”, which not only showed their competence in English but also their ideas, attitudes and hopes. Pupils’ authentic pronunciation, rich content and brilliant talent won warm applause from the audience. What’s more, the English show given by pupils from Grade One, Grade Two and Grade Six made the “gala” more impressive .

In the end, Guo Changshuo from Class 1 Grade 5 got the first prize. Let’s look forward to the next English Speech Contest & Talent Show.
