In the meeting, Liang stressed that catering units must operate with certificates, implement the food safety management system, carry out self-inspection and self-correction regularly, strengthen the management of employees, and standardize the layout and processing operation process. What’s more, he also emphasized that we must seriously implement the system of asking for certificates and tickets and checking the purchase account in the purchase of raw materials to meet the “Four Most Stringent”.
The managers in charge of food safety in each campus also pointed out their weak links and gaps in their management based on the actual situation. They would learn from each other's effective practices to make up for their weaknesses.
