The 3rd "Zhiya Cup" open class activity for first-class teachers was held in our school in October in line with the requirement that "to pay more attention to the classroom and effectively enhance the quality of classroom teaching" put forward by "The Opinion on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform and Enhancing the Quality of Compulsory Education in An All-round Way by the 'CPC Central Committee and State Council'"， to cultivate the teaching spirit of "love for teaching", make the teachers become more professional, promote them to grow further and offer a platform for professional communication and display. A total of sixty first-class teachers from five departments of the school applied to enter into the activity, and gave the open class display in their own department.

 On October 18th, guests invited included Zhang Lina and LV Yini, two English subject experts from Nankai District Education Center, Xing Zhihui, Cui Jianping, and Li Shuli, three ideological and political experts from Tianjin Foreign Language School. They were invited to listen and comment on seven open classes of English and ideological and political subjects in junior and senior high schools. During the evaluation, all of them thought highly of the professional attainment of teachers in our school.

The activity not only demonstrates the solid teaching skills of the first-class teachers in our school, but also cultivates the atmosphere of attending classes of the same subject, of the different subjects and in interdisciplinary departments.
