In order to promote ecological progress and practice the curriculum concept of ecological characteristics of our school, a special activity named “Turning Waste into Treasure” was held among pupils in Campus Two.

Pupils in grade one cut paper bags into lovely animal shapes. Look! What a  powerful lion. Elegant furnitures were works from grade two. Magic shields were designed by pupils in grade three.

And even more amazing, pupils in grade four made a miniature model of buildings with logo of eco-city where they live. Pupils in grade five created beautiful shopping bags with waste newspaper.

Through this activity, students had fun in turning waste into useful materials. At the same time, they learned that trash is misplaced resource.They are capable of refreshing old things with painting and handicrafting.
