Dear parents and schoolmates:

2020 is the vital year for Binhai New Area to establish a national civilized city. In order to further deepen the residents' understanding and establish the determination to strive for success, our school actively responds to the requirements of Binhai New Area District Committee and Eco-city Management Committee to create a national civilized city, and calls on students and parents to actively participate in the activities of establishing a national civilized city. Please take practical actions to support and consciously participate.

We propose the following to students and parents：

4.Follow the traffic rules. We should consciously abide by the traffic rules.

5.Protect the environment. We should raise our awareness of environmental protection and saving resources, to build a better world.

6.Cherish honesty and friendship. We should establish the concept of honesty and ethics, and form a good atmosphere of honesty, friendship, unity and harmony.

7.Carry forward culture. We should establish the concept of lifelong learning, actively participate in healthy cultural activities, cultivate noble tastes, inherit and carry forward excellent traditional culture, pursue modern civilized lifestyle, and be practitioners of excellent culture.

8.Participate in voluntary service. Let us jointly hold the banner of voluntary service of dedication, friendship and mutual assistance, and care for others, for society and for the nature.
