To implement the spirit of the 19th CPC national congress in campus, and fulfill education policy of “Blend Chinese and Western Culture, Cultivate the International Talents”. The Grade 1 English team of Primary School（Campus Two）held an activity among all the students , which was named ”Make a name card for your partner ”.

In the activity, pupils are supposed to ask their partners about their English names and how to spell them. And then the answers are written down on pieces of paper, which are colorful with many different shapes. Students can make good use of what they have learned from the English class, including English listening, talking, spelling and writing.

What’s more, pupils can work with their partners to perform the task, instead of doing the job individually. So they learned more about cooperation and experienced the joy of friendship. Some children chose their parents as the partners. They got not only parents’ help but also the special and precious friendship from the family.

We were more than happy to see that both pupils’ interest and confidence in learning English are enhanced significantly.
